The Festibike team is working to provide the best service and attention to all the exhibitors before, during and after the Fair. To ensure this, a wide range of quality services will be implemented with great professionalism. During the Fair, an Exhibitor Care Office will be set up with friendly and qualified staff at the disposal of all the present brands. |

| COST FREE WIFI AND PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS |

The Wifi and parking services were two of the most controversial topics in the previous cycle of the Fair in Ifema. For this reason, Festibike will provide a powerful Wi-Fi coverage to serve the entire Fair by offering a number of keys to the exhibitors, according to their hired surface. In addition, the fairgrounds have a parking space with upwards of 1,200 places, including an exclusive parking area for exhibitors next to the southern entrance of the Fair. The number of parking passes per exhibitor will also depend on the hired surface.
Unlike Unibike, at Festibike these two services will be completely free for exhibiting companies. |

In addition to the aforementioned services, Festibike and its location offer other interesting proposals. With regard to its hotel and restaurant offer, Las Rozas has a large number and variety of possibilities throughout the surrounding area of the fairgrounds. In addition, this municipality is very well connected to Madrid capital both by car and public transport, or even by bicycle (20km).
Furthermore, Festibike will install a restaurant with a terrace inside the fairgrounds for the exclusive use of exhibitors and accredited staff. A 300 m2 tent will be completed with a quality catering service at a good price. |

Just 100 meters from the southern entrance of the Fair, the Dehesa de Navalcarbón Sports Center is located. Complete facilities including an assembly hall with a capacity of more than 250 seats, perfect for product presentations, meetings, training courses.... In addition, we will take advantage of their showers and changing rooms to offer them to all participants in Festibike activities. |
